This stylish restaurant, serving innovative Turkish and Istanbul cuisine is situated on the 2nd floor of the garden area with unrivalled views of the historical “medrese” specially lightened during the evenings. For a real gourmet experience, taste our special gourmet menu offering the best examples of Turkish cuisine with a traditional interpretation. The restaurant is open daily from 7 PM to 01:00 AM.
For drinks you can go to the Saltanat Bar, which is open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM and is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.
